Eligibility Criteria for M.S. and Ph.D. Applicants

​Academic and Professional Experience:

  • Deep Learning Track: Applicants are required to have a demonstrated experience in deep learning, preferably involving Large Language Models and Computer Vision. Previous publications are highly desirable.

  • Environmental Assessments Track: Applicants are required to have a demonstrated experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Inventory (LCI), Life Cycle Impact Assessment (LCIA), or Life Cycle Costing (LCC). Previous publications are highly desirable.

Educational Background:
  • For M.S. Candidates: A four-year Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields.

  • For Ph.D. Candidates: A two-year Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields.

Academic Performance:
  • Minimum GPA of 3.75 on a 5.0 scale or equivalent.

  • GRE or Qiyas General Aptitude Test is required for Ph.D. Candidate.

Language Proficiency:
  • TOEFL: Minimum scores of 520 (PBT), 190 (CBT), or 70 (IBT).

  • OR IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0.
